It is no secret that fatigue is one of the most common causes of mechanical failures for metals in service. Our Fatigue-Proof® products offer an alternative to decrease the number of mechanical failures. Although they have high-strength properties typically associated with only heat-treated steels, these bars don’t require heat treating or other secondary operations such as cleaning, straightening, or inspections.
Fatigue-Proof® Steel Bars are comparator or roto-tested. Although it does harden satisfactorily through induction, it should also be watched for quench cracks. Fatigue-Proof® products expertly fend off fatigue and make an excellent, long-lasting machining material that won’t let you down and works hard to lower your end costs.
