Stressproof®

This specialty steel product has a 100,000 psi minimum yield strength, without the need for further heat treating process.
Stressproof® has guaranteed machinability and minimum warpage. Stressproof® steel is very versatile and a one of a kind choice in the industry.

Fatigue-Proof®

This product has a 140,000 psi minimum tensile strength and 125,000 psi minimum yield strength.
It eliminates heat treating and is made by various combinations of mechanical workings and thermal treatments.

e.t.d. 150®

The e.t.d. 150® process is considered our highest strength material. It has a minimum tensile strength of 150,000 psi.
The yield strength sits at 130,000 psi. The process ensures minimal to no warpage during machining.
